This place is just beautiful, with breathtaking views that really take your breath away. It's so peaceful and away from everything, perfect for unwinding. The hot tub was a lovely touch, really relaxing after a day exploring. We loved watching seals, herons, ternsand oystercatchers from our cosy cabin — such a treat! The owners are super friendly and really went out of their way to help us. Honestly, it's one of the best holidays we've ever had, we'll definitely be coming back!
Jenna
The hideaway house really is a gem, offering spectacular views that make every morning special. Waking up to see the sunrise and watching the wildlife come alive is such a treat. We loved observing the resident cormorants, they're quite amusing to watch. Salty the seal was always there early in the morning, resting peacefully on the rocksand at night we'd hear splashing sounds in the water. On clear nights, the sky lights up with countless stars, which is just breathtaking. Walking across the floating bridge was a new adventure, especially when the tide was in - so fabulous! It's the perfect spot for some serious relaxation and recharging. We'd definitely recommend it for a peaceful getaway!
Jake

We had such a friendly host and the location was absolutely beautiful and stunning. The hot tub was excellent, especially after a long day climbing the mountains. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped too!
Emma
Just as described, really cosy! It's actually bigger than we thought and the views are amazing. Although the kitchen and sitting area are open, it's not intrusive at all. The bedroom is super comfortable. The bathroom is compact and serviceable. We actually loved it.
Sarah
What a fantastic holiday spot, a snug cabin on a private island on a loch in the very north of Scotland! We had everything we could wish for after a lovely welcome from Ian, followed by days filled with stunning views, wildlife, seals, big skies, fresh airand complete escapism. Enjoyed every moment!
