We had a lovely stay on Skye. The cottage's location is spot on, with constantly changing views of the sea and surrounding isles from the conservatory - honestly, it's breathtaking. The hot tub was a real treat after exploring the island. As others mentioned, the house could do with a few updatesand there's no starter wood for the fire, so don't forget to bring some. The broadband is quite slow, more like dial-up, but honestly, the scenery more than makes up for it. We'd definitely return!

The WiFi worked well, which was a reliefand it was a nice surprise to find towels provided. We did struggle with the hot tub on our first night because it was too cold and quite darkand the water was even colder the next morning. No phone signal either, so we had to get creative with YouTube tutorials to fix it. Luckily, by the second evening, we managed to get the hot tub working and even had a fire going after buying some wood. Overall, a mixed but mostly enjoyable stay!
