Jennifer
This is a fantastic property which we have now visited 4 times. It is extremely clean and has everything that you could need. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. The garden is nice with a hot tub and a covered dining area with barbecue. It is in a great position in Beauly with shops and train station in walking distance.
Elizabeth
Beautiful house, very comfortable apart from leather settee. Very well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend this property.
Beautiful, spacious, bungalow that is very clean and well equipped, in a quiet culdesac, in the pretty village of Beauly and ideal for visiting the Highlands. Inverness is close by and wellworth visiting. We will definitely stay here again.
I believe that No. 11 has an official rating of 4 stars. In my opinion it should be 5. A beautiful home in a well kept garden not to mention the hottub. A well situated home for exploring the surrounding area.
Kathleen
As I have written previously, this is still by far the best selfcatering property we have stayed in in Scotland and we cannot understand why, despite having won two of your awards in the last 23 years, it is still graded by Sykes as 4star when it should def be 5star especially when compared to other Sykes properties we have rented in Scotland in recent years and which were similarly graded 4star. No,11 could beat all of them hands down.
Michelle
WOW! What a fantastic find! ! This property is everything you could need and more. It is immaculately clean with all the facilities that you could require. Evelyn, the owner, was lovely the prosecco, chocolates, biscuits and milk were greatly appreciated. The addition of the hottub was the absolute cherry on the cake.
Kathleen
We have stayed at No 11 several times in the past few years and it never disappoints. It is still the best property we have ever booked in terms of comfort, cleanliness, ease of living and it is so well maintained, both inside and out,
Gaynor

Beautiful property, perfect holiday location for the week, we couldnt have asked for anything better, great facilities and would definitely stay here again.
Katrina
Lovely bungalow, fresh and clean. Well equipped. Info folder. And much appreciated milk with chocolate and wine.
As a couple We've been using self catering cottage's for over 30 years, it's rare to come across a property that's impossible to fault, No 11 falls into that category, from comfort and equipment to quality and location this is the best holiday cottage we have stayed in and is a credit to the owners.
Sinead
Fantastic house with absolutely everything you need for a great stay, added bonus of hot tub and ping pong table. We have loved our stay here, will definitely be booking again
Stuart
An amazing holiday at an amazing property. Perfect in every way. We were met with wine, chocolates, biscuits and beautiful sunshine. A perfect location for exploring. 2 minute stroll into town with restaurants and take aways. Everything we needed was on the doorstep. The house was amazing and the children and adults loved the hot tub and table tennis. Cant wait to return.
Judith
Best accommodation we have stayed in over many years. Lovely village, the house was very comfortable and very well equipped and the hot tub was a real bonus. Couldn't fault it.
The owner Evelyn, met us upon arrival and showed us around. The property was immaculate and more than catered for our needs on a walking and cycling break. The hot tub was very welcoming after long days in the hills. The village is great with a very handy train station for Inverness and days out. I would thoroughly recommend this property.
Kathleen
Our third visit to No. 11. The presentation, comfort and cleanliness are as good as ever. The house is so superior to other properties where we have stayed all of which have been similarly graded 4 star by Sykes.
A wonderful holiday home. The property and garden are very spacious and beautifully maintained. It is well equipped with quality items. By far the best property we have stayed in.
Alison
Beautifully presented spacious bungalow has everything needed for a relaxing break. We could not find fault with any aspect of the accommodation. Evelyn was an amazing hostess communicating with us prior to and and throughout our stay.
Rishidhar Reddy
Evelyn is a wonderful host. The cottage and the area is lovely with views and all the amenities. Would definitely recommend number 11 to people who are looking for a cozy cottage to attend their holidays. Thank you for making our trip memorable Evelyn.
The property is every bit as beautiful as portrayed in the listing photos perhaps even more so. It is not only beautifully appointed, but practical as well. The kitchen has every tool necessary for cooking anything, the appliances are top of the line and modern, and the beds are very comfortable. The jacuzzi is easily big enough for four. We had pretty foul weather end of Feb. to be expected! and appreciated the nice warm soak. The area around Beauly and Inverness is great for day trips. But being old folks, we opted to spend a couple days in, reading and enjoying the foul weather before the Swedish fire place.
Superb property in a lovely part of the world. Thanks to the owners for their support help and thoughtfulness. This deserves more than 5 star
Gareth
This was our second visit to Number 11 and enjoyed it just as much as the first time! It is truly a home from home and so comfortable! We had the best sleep weve had in a long time during our week stay! The location is perfect for walking into Beauly highly recommend The Corner on the Square for breakfast and cakes delicious and very friendly staff. Look forward to returning again in the future !
This cottage was a dream. It was absolutely beautiful. The little village had an old school, with gifts of all sorts, an Abbey ruin with information on steel plates on the walls. There was a butchers, cake shop, Coop and clothes and a charity shop. It had all you required and was delightful. We would love to go back to Beauly and to the cottage. It was so spacious and delightful. We could not fault a thing..Thank you Evelyn and Hubby for allowing us to spend our holiday in your immaculate holiday home. XX
Jennifer
No 11 is simply the best and is a true home from home. It is clean, well maintained and extremely well presented. Every little thing has been thought of and provided. The addition of the hot tub is an extra bonus. It is also well positioned, on a quiet road, with amenities close to hand. 1010 from my family.
Michael
Wow wow wow what a great week at number 11 we have rented many propertys over the years but number 11 is by far the best. It was immaculatly presented with everything you are ever going to need for a relaxing break away. A well appointed kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, hot tub and gardens to relax in all added to the week. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our enquiries, thank you very much we hope to come back here in the future.
Hannah
We really fell in love with No. 11. Very spacious, clean, luxurious whilst remaining comfortable, and exceptionally well appointed. Excellent location for exploring the area, walks, sightseeing. Would highly recommend and very happily return.
Its a lovely home from home. We had a fantastic week in the cottage and would definitely return. Host was there if we needed anything.
Justine
It would be useful to include in the information regards the induction hob. A set of sharp knives along with standard cooking utensils would be of benefit and a cheese grater not just a Parmesan grater. Limited selection of cooking pans. Various cups with chips need to be removedreplaced. Beerlong drinks glassware limited, a change of towels midweek would be a benefit. Television reception in lounge was intermittent.
Kieran
The property was exactly as mentioned and perfect for us. The location was stunning with lots of local walks and sights to see. The locals were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay again.
Lovely place. Immaculate. Can't fault it in any way
Lovely house, 5 stars
Perfect holiday let had absolutely everything we needed, well equipped and we loved the homemade shortbread! Hot tub and ping pong table was a huge hit with our children. Owners very helpful and on hand if you need anything at all. We have absolutely nothing that we can critique!
Sheena
Beautiful holiday home, every detail thought of. Would recommend with the added comfort of a burning fire which was appreciated as it was so cold and frosty outside. Cannot recommend enough, good value too with the hot tub. 1010 from us.
One of the best places we have stayed at. Everything is provided, loved the hot tub & enjoyed the table tennis.
Gareth
We had a wonderful weeks stay at this property! Weve stayed in many holiday homes and this was the best by a mile. It has everything you can ever need and want. Evelyn is lovely and communication before during and after was great. What we loved most about the home was how cosy and convenient it was. The hot tub was a huge bonus which we enjoyed every day and night. We walked into town a lot and enjoyed meals at The Priory hotel and also the Indian and both were excellent. The local coffee shop was also amazing with delicious cakes you must try! The whole town was so friendly and quaint! Overall the cleanliness, convenience, comfort and luxury was just what we wanted and needed for a perfect holiday. Would not hesitate to stay again! Thanks Evelyn x
